Echo Solid Blue Light, Oct 14, 2024 · Echo Dot 4th Gen stuck on solid blue band i unplugged my echo and moved it from one side of the room to the other and plugged it back in. I have rebooted router, modem, both dots, changed power supplies and still no joy. It won't respond to anything.
